清同治七年(1868年)創建，供奉吳姓祖宗泰伯公、仲雍公、季札公暨列祖列宗。名匾「記首世家」、「至德」讓賢美德千年不朽。壁畫【真人煉藥】、【吳鳳成仁】，係府城名畫師潘麗水繪、潘春源書；子繪父書，薪火相傳。
The shrine was built in the 7th year of Tongjhih, Cing Dynasty(1868) in tribute to the ancestors of the Wu Family. The famous tablets tell the stories of the family passed on for thousand years. The wall paintings by the late local painter Pan Li-Shuei and the writings by his son Pan Chun-Yuan are the great examples of family traditions that are passed on from generation to generation.
